No worries! the below step by step guide helps you send us the device info so that we can reply with an accurate quote.
Here’s how to use our smart search when you think, “I can’t find my device”
How to complete a manual quote on our website:
- Head over to: https://twice.nz/sell/
- In the search bar type in the device you are wanting to sell & select the “I can’t find what I am looking for” option from the drop down:
- In the search category enter the item details – i.e. MacBook Air and if your item does not appear – select the “I can’t find what I am looking for” option:
- Complete the details about the device (the more info the better i.e. storage size, condition (any scratches / damage):
- Review the summary of your device – remember right now there will not be a price next to it:
- Enter your email address for us to update you with the offer on your device
- Enter your account info so that when you accept our offer & send your device in- we can get you paid ASAP
- Then enter your details and select “Lock in Offer” this will send us all the details of your quote request so that we can get you a price (Usually within 2 working days)
- Our site will show you the offer summary – you can enter IMEI / serial numbers here to help speed up the process
There’s nothing else you need to do right now – our team will review your quote request and get it out to you via email. You can enter multiple items onto a manual quote request – no need to complete a new quote for each item.
Once you have received our quote and accept the offer, we will email you a prepaid NZPost ticket, which you can print off and then either get NZPost to collect it from you or drop it off at a local NZPost shop. Its that easy!
