Returning as the item was damaged/faulty
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged or not working as intended, please notify us as soon as possible.
Whether its covered by the warranty or the consumers guarantees act, we will do our best to help you out.
Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the return of the product for assessment.
Once we have confirmed the damaged/fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This process usually takes 2-3 working days.

Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind you can return your item as long as its unopened and still in excellent condition within the first 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive the item back, we will process your return and refund you within 2-3 working days.
