Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order.
This service is designed for consumers and we reserve the right to cancel any quotes or orders which appear to not be for a consumer, i.e commercial, repair shop etc. (for any bulk offers, please instead email team@twice.nz)
To use this service you must be at least 18 years old and be located in New Zealand.
The device you are selling us must have been bought in New Zealand, you own and are legally entitled to sell it (without any obligations to any other person or business), it is not lost, stolen or ‘block listed’
The device you send us must be genuine and authentic, we do not accept counterfeit items and if during our assessment we believe the item is not genuine, we reserve the right to cancel the quote/order without explanation and return the item to you.
The offer we provide you is guaranteed for 7 days.
The information you provide us must be accurate, up to date and not misleading.
You agree that where your order(s) fails our fraud prevention measures, we can at our own discretion and without reason, cancel a quote and in this instance if we have your device, we will return it to you free of charge.
You are responsible for ensuring that you package your device in a manner that protects it from any damage.
We are responsible for the cost of the courier ticket (it is prepaid) and if the item is lost by our courier.
The offer we provide is based on the information you provide us at the time of your offer. Once we receive the item, if it differs from the information you provided, we will email you to offer you a) an adjusted offer which more accurately reflects your device or b) to return the item at you at no cost.
You agree to remove any locked or accounts prior to sending in your device
You also agree that any item suspected of being stolen or lost, will be handed over to the Police and no payment will be made.
